Our Emergency Units are available 24/7 to handle various medical emergencies, from heart attacks to trauma cases. They are supported by a team of highly trained and experienced doctors and nurses who hold certifications in Penanggulangan Penderita Gawat Darurat (PPGD) / General Emergency Life Support (GELS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and other specialized emergency training programs.
Our Emergency Department is equipped with advanced medical technology to support rapid diagnosis and treatment. Dedicated zones for triage, resuscitation, minor injuries, and critical care ensure that every patient receives timely and appropriate care. The facility includes essential equipment such as defibrillators (DC shock), suction units, resuscitation beds, and centralised oxygen systems. We also provide specialized spaces including a minor surgery room, consultation and observation rooms, and in Denpasar and Kedonganan, a negative pressure isolation room to manage infectious cases safely and effectively.
Our fleet of ambulances is equipped with a range of medical equipment, from basic to advanced, ensuring comprehensive care during transport. These ambulances are ready to respond swiftly to emergency situations across Bali, ensuring a short response time. Additionally, we have motorcycle ambulances to navigate Bali's traffic more efficiently, allowing our team to provide initial treatment even faster.
Besides for emergency response, our ambulances can be used for transporting patients between hospitals, cities, and islands, as well as providing standby services at various events, from public to private events. This flexibility ensures that our hospital team is always ready to meet your needs.
