For those with travel insurance, our team is ready to coordinate with the insurance provider to ensure the patient receives full coverage for all medical expenses during their treatment.
Integrated Kih information system (KIHIS)
Our Case Management system (KIHIS) is integrated to Carestream (Computed Radiology System) as well as our Medical Records database which are accessable from all of Kasih Ibu's 4 hospitals. This ensures our Operation Coordinator to easily monitor every case without delay.
Our commitment
Every enquiry from Insurances/TPAs/Patients received through Email or WhatsApp will be attended directly by our staff within 15 minutes.
For outpatient visits, the insurance company will arrange the patient's appointment at the hospital through our Alarm Centre. They will coordinate with the patient to confirm the agreed schedule and ensure the patient arrives at the designated hospital. Additionally, the insurance company will issue a guarantee of payment to cover all medical expenses associated with the patient's visit.
Upon request, we can meet and greet the patient at the airport and transport them to the hospital or their accommodation by ambulance or private car, ensuring they feel fully accommodated upon their arrival in Bali.
