Once a patient reaches maximum medical improvement during their admission, the treating doctor will authorize their discharge. Our cashier will then prepare the final bill, allowing the patient to settle their medical expenses. If needed, an electronic version of the medical report, labs, and radiology results will be sent to the patient's phone after discharge. The original versions can also be prepared upon request.
For insurance cases, once discharge is confirmed, the Alarm Centre will send the medical report along with the final bill to the insurance provider to obtain the final guarantee of payment. The final guarantee may include excess fees, deductible fees, or uncovered items, for which the patient will be responsible to, and need to settle directly with the hospital. It is important to note that the final guarantee is usually issued within 2-24 hours after the documents are sent by the Alarm Centre.
Following discharge, patients may need a follow-up review with their doctor. To arrange this, our Alarm Centre will contact the patient to remind them of the upcoming appointment. If the patient feels better and no longer needs a follow-up visit, the case will be closed. However, patients are welcome to contact our Alarm Centre at any time for further assistance.

Our Pre-Hospital Centre team offers medical evacuation and repatriation services for critically ill patients globally. If necessary, a team of medical escorts will accompany patients to and from their country, monitor their condition, and provide care until they arrive at our hospital or their homeland.

You and any accompanying guests will need to provide the following documents:
A valid passport
A letter from your doctor
A passport-sized photo taken at the immigration office
